ATC participates in Autism Summit Conference: A National Agenda
Anna Hundley, Executive Director of the Autism Treatment Center and President of the National Association of Residential Providers for Adults with Autism (NARPAA) presented by invitation the services offered and the missions of the two organizations. The Summit was held November 19 & 20, 2003 in Washington DC was hosted by the US Department of Education the US Department of Heath and Human Services. The Summit called for a National Agenda on Autism. William Christopher(otherwise known as MASH's Father Mulcahy)
Before the Thanksgiving holidays, William Christopher paid a surprise visit to ATC. It was a pleasure showing him around the new facility. Mr. Christopher is a tremendous advocate for autism and works tirelessly to bring support to efforts surrounding the needs of the people with autism. We were honored to have had him as a guest and hope that he returns another day.
