Autistic Treatment Center, Inc. ("ATC") believes that the privacy of your information on the Internet is important. Our online privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the types of information we gather online through our www.atcoftexas.org and www.roundupforautism.com websites ("Sites") and how we treat such information, including information relating to your past use of ATC products and services. Please read this information carefully. If the online information practices of ATC for these Sites change, we will let you know by posting the Privacy Policy adjustments on our Web Sites. You always have the opportunity to opt-out of any new use of your Contact Information (as more fully set forth below).

  1. Why Does ATC Gather Certain Types of Client Information?
We gather certain types of client information through the Sites in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services, surveys and promotions. 2. What Information is Collected by ATC?
ATC collects "Contact Information" (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone and credit card numbers)

"Contact Information" Collected Online "Contact Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, company, personal mailing address, personal email address, or personal phone number. ATC collects Contact Information when you request information through the Sites, answer surveys and other promotional opportunities provided by ATC, when you purchase ATC products or services, when you contact ATC for information and when you communicate with ATC associates. ATC collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our organization activities, including but not limited to information about your organization's use of products and services that we offer. ATC may combine information collected about you through the Sites with information we obtain from organization partners or other companies.

  3. How Does ATC Share Information Collected Online?
ATC may divulge Contact Information if such information is required for ATC to comply with any valid legal process, such as a subpoena, search warrant, statute or court order, or if ATC believes that contact has been used to commit unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health or safety of another user or of the general public. Further, ATC may have arrangements with other party service providers, such as credit card processors, shipping companies and fulfillment services. Use of credit card information (such as when you purchase products or services from ATC and use a credit card for the purchase), will be restricted to facilitate the transaction, including but not limited to providing such information to its fulfillment providers and/or credit reporting bureaus as permitted by law.

  4. How Does ATC Use Cookies?
A cookie is a small data file that Web Sites, when you visit them, often store on your hard drive. This element of data is a piece of text, not a program. A cookie may contain information (such as unique user ID), which is used to track the pages of the Sites you've visited. ATC does not presently use "cookies". We cannot access other cookies sent by other web Sites or the information contained therein and do not use cookies to identify the username or password of the user. Additionally, we cannot learn your email address or any other information about you through the use of a cookie.
