Autism Treatment Center is looking for highly trained and motivated BCBA for our Dallas location.
Master’s degree or higher, currently certified as BCBA, 3 or more years of supervisory/BCBA experience, experience and/or willingness to work with individuals with ASD/DD of all ages. Conduct assessments including parent interviews and direct assessment with individuals as part of functional behavior assessment (FBA), ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP. Provide direct instruction for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities off all ages (early childhood to adulthood) and ability levels, including one on one instruction and group social skills training for young adults/adults with ASD/DD.

- Perform formal assessments of clients and prepare treatment plans
- Supervise staff providing clinic- or school-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young-adults with autism
- Collect, graph, and analyze data
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients/students
- Conduct training with families and other caregivers
Requirements for the applicant, in addition to the ability to perform the above-listed responsibilities, include:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, or similar qualifications (e.g., BCBA-eligible)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with children and other individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Ability to be creative in developing programs and working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work with parents and school teams of clients/students
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
