The Autism Treatment Center San Antonio (ATC) is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or similarly qualified applicant to assist us in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism at our San Antonio location. We provide creative and flexible ABA and address each child as an individual in developing their plan of treatment and educational programming.
The successful candidate will report to our Program Director and will work with a team of highly competent BCBAs, BCBA-D, RBTs, behavior therapists, and paraprofessionals. The ATC-SA offers unique opportunities for professional development, teamwork, and mentorship for our BCBAs. Our large and strong team of BCBAs meet regularly with one another and the BCBA-D Clinical Director in order to collaborate in providing clinical excellence.

- Supervise staff providing clinic- or school-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young-adults with autism
- Collect, graph, and analyze data
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients/students
- Conduct training with families and other caregivers
Requirements for the applicant, in addition to the ability to perform the above-listed responsibilities, include:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, or similar qualifications (e.g., BCBA-eligible)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with children and other individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Ability to be creative in developing programs and working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and work with parents and school teams of clients/students
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
