HOUSE MANAGER POSITION: Essentially you will help coordinate the daily function of the teaching home and to assist the individuals in making choices in their lives. This is an overnight position and we are hiring immediately due to growth.

Experience necessary:
- 6 months of successful experience with developmentally disabled preferably with ATC
- Prefer 1-year experience with the developmentally disabled and supervisory experience.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and SAMA certification
- Current Texas Drivers License
- Auto insurability with the Agency carrier

- Complete all receipts are submitted in a timely manner (Due Wednesday’s)
- Safety regulated fire drills are conducted and documented fully
- Have adequate supply of medications for individuals
- Coordinate distribution of funds for outings and personal needs of Individuals
- Submit staffing in a timely manner (weekly and as changes arise)
- Provide health and coaching support and supervision for weekend employees
- Ensure weekend assignments were completed (i.e. errands, cleaning, activities, etc.)
- Audit travel logs in the assigned vehicle for the week and submits to assigned location
- Remain on-call and available during scheduled on-call weekends
- Complete Rounds once a day during scheduled on-call weekends
- Conduct staff interviews

- On-Call Hours
- Friday – Monday - 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 am
